Concept 2 & the Skierg @ the 2012 Vasaloppet China in Changchun_01022012_Race Report

On January 2 with a temperature of -22C the 2012 Vasaloppet was held. C2 Skierg (www.skierg.cn) was on of the Event sponsors and braved the cold to take part. This years event was the 10th year of cooperation between the Vasaloppet and the Changchun Government. The event was well run and had a great turnout of not only international skiers but also local skiers hailing from the university programs, local ski associations as well as the general public.

C2 Skierg was able to be shown off to some of the local teams and the day culminated with us presenting two prizes (2 Skiergs with stand) to the top male and female winners of the China Tour de Ski.

Overall a successful event and Skierg looks forward to being involved in future skiing event in China!
